Our lake rental homes book up fast for the Summer season - really fast. Guests usually begin to book for prime Summer dates around January or February. Prime dates are from June to the beginning of August.  All our vacation homes are located on prime real estate along Lake LBJ.  To view the homes, click Rental Homes at the top of the page or on the left-hand column. Once there, either select the name of the home you are interested in (in blue and underlined), or click on Rental Homes again to view all homes. Lastly, review the individual rental home's online Availability Calendar to see if your desired dates are open.

RESERVATION / RENTAL AGREEMENT PROCESS  Sample:

Attached is your rental agreement for your lake home vacation. Please open, print out, fill-out and sign the agreement (please remember to fill-out Section 13!!!). You can fax, scan and email OR mail the agreement. Please send the signed agreement within 48 hours of receipt. We will then either charge your credit card on file the rental deposit (first night’s stay that will go towards your balance) OR if you requested to send a check, please mail to the address given on the agreement…this will complete your reservation process.

As early as 10 days before check-in, we will charge the remaining balance (rental fee balance, tax and cleaning fee) to your credit card on file (if you need to put the balance on a different card, please call us with the new number). If you requested to send a check for the balance, please mail it to us 10 days before check-in.

*NOTE: If you have reserved a home approx. 15 days before check-in, we will go ahead and charge the Grand Total to your credit card on file (after we receive the signed agreement). Or, you can send a check for the Grand Total. 

Please remember to keep a copy for yourself as it has pertinent check-in info (LOCK BOX CODE, CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES) under “Tenant Signature” on the rental agreement.
