The Belaire Lake House is located in the Highland Lakes region of the Texas Hill Country on beautiful Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, TX.  The Belaire Lake House is centrally located on the lake, with easy driving access right off of Highway 1431... and just minutes from Marble Falls and Kingsland.

The Belaire is the perfect spot for a family vacation at the lake - an 1,800 square foot, breezy and shaded cottage with wrap around porch, covered boat dock w/ lift and dual jet ski ramp.  Perched on an open wake cove, you have beautiful lake shore and open water views.  This two-story, three-bedroom home also has a nearby public beach with a kid-friendly swimming area and platform.  The Belaire Lake House has it all - swimming area, boat dock, lots of shade, and beautiful lake views!

This spacious home has enough sleeping for 12 guests, with a 12 guest maximum occupancy.  Multiple or large family gatherings are welcome! 

The downstairs provides all the living amenities and the master bedroom and bath - great for those who cannot use stairs.  The living area includes two leather couches, large windows spanning two of the walls with views of the lake, sofa chair w/ ottoman, coffee table and cable television. The modern kitchen with microwave, electric range and double-door refrigerator leads into the dining area with seating for six, views of the lake and ceiling fan.  Additional amenities are a half-bath, laundry area, twin rollaway bed, vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting and tile flooring throughout.

The Master Bedroom is very comfortable and welcoming, with a king-size bed, dresser, ceiling fan and views of the lake. The Master Bath features a walk-in shower, beautiful double-sink vanity with sitting area and deep garden tub. Glass block windows let the sun shine through, with privacy for you.

The upstairs provides sleeping for the remaining guests with two bedrooms, bonus loft area with sleeper sofa and full bed. The second bedroom has three twin beds (or join two together to form a king) and the third has two twin beds.  The full bathroom has a double sink vanity with plenty of counter space and shower/tub combination.

The outside has a wrap-around porch with wood patio facing the water and a separate barbecue area equipped with a propane grill. A cement walk-way leads you to the covered boat dock w/ lift and dual jet ski ramp. You can fish day or night - the dock features an underwater lure light! The grassy lawn is great for games and it is fenced on each side of the home (not fenced on the water side). You can relax on the shaded porch with patio table and chairs. The "nautical" blue siding and white accents and old shade trees add to this lake cottage's charm. 

The Belaire Lake House is located in Granite Shoals, TX right off of Highway 1431.  It is only 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 3 ½ hours west of Houston. It is minutes from Marble Falls (just right down Hwy 1431) for grocery shopping, restaurants and boutique/antique shopping.  You are also close to several local activities and attractions - golf courses (Packsaddle Public Golf Course or The Legends Golf Course in Kingsland or Inks Lake State Park Golf Course), water parks (Granite Beach in Horseshoe Bay), hiking and camping (Inks Lake State Park), wineries (4 local) and sightseeing/tourist attractions (Longhorn Caverns and the Berry Farm).  

Base Rates include 6 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 12 Guests

Holidays & Holiday Weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) $50 more a night, maximum of 3 nights for holiday charge.

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse reservations. 2 night minimum required for Spring/Summer rates, 3 night minimum required during Holidays. Please read our rental agreement contract before booking.

Belaire Lake Home does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit. Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
