This two-story, four (4) bedroom 3,000 sq ft home sleeps up to 12 adults and 2 children (14 people MAX).  It sits on the water with multiple patios offering several views. A private veranda front entry opens into a cozy living area with a free-standing fireplace, two bedrooms, two baths and lake view balcony. Downstairs discover “openness” with the living area, dining area, kitchen and eating area all in one - featuring saltillo tile. The two, carpeted bedrooms, third full bath/laundry complete the downstairs. French doors and windows span the back of the home, revealing a wonderful view of the lake and beautiful sunsets.

Breeze Terrace is located in Hoovers Valley, off of Park Road 4. Inks Lake State Park is only a few minutes drive from Breeze Terrace, where you can hike, relax at the beach, rent a canoe or visit the famous Devil’s Water Hole. Hoovers Valley is approximately 10 minutes from Burnet and Kingsland and 20 minutes from Marble Falls. It is about 60 minutes northwest of Austin and 80 minutes north of San Antonio.

Four ( 4 ) bedrooms. Upstairs: Two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed, dresser and satellite television and one with a double bed, desk, and satellite television; two full bathrooms upstairs – the master bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower combination and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a sink; hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile in sunroom; sunroom with wetbar, futon sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors that span the entire length of the room with views of the lake and access to covered upper deck; living area equipped with bookcases full of a variety of fascinating books – from astronomy and art to farming and gardening.

Downstairs: Two bedrooms – one with a double bed and dresser and one with a twin bed with trundle and nightstand; one bathroom/laundry area with standup shower, washer/dryer and sink; kitchen with two refrigerators, porcelain topped stove, microwave, dishwasher and pantry; kitchen eating area with seating for 6; kitchen bar with three barstools; large dining area with room for ten; living area with two couches, satellite television and DVD and two recliners, seating area with recliner and futon sleeper sofa.

Front yard: Double car port; large grassy yard; private veranda with wicker patio furniture and small garden and long gravel driveway for ample parking.

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse reservations. 2 night minimum required for Spring/Summer rates, 3 night minimum required during Holidays. Please read our rental agreement contract before booking.

Breeze Terrace does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit. Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
