The spacious, two-storey Campa Pajama vacation lake rental home is located on the main water of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. A brand new boat dock with lift and swimming deck was added in July 2009. With its key location (just before the popular bluff that has a picturesque view of the lake) in the Texas Highland Lakes, and lots of entertaining amenities - including an outdoor Jacuzzi with built-in stereo speakers, outdoor covered kitchen with a bar/patio area for serving drinks or preparing the ‘catch of the day’, a swing set/slide for the kids, an Xbox game console, plus an air hockey table - the Campa Pajama vacation lake rental home makes an excellent option for those seeking plenty of Summertime fun and entertainment on the lake.
Campa Pajama’s main lake home is ideal for those who love
space – the high ceilings, and open floor plan for the upstairs area, mean you
get plenty of it.
Main home, downstairs:
The bottom floor of the main lake home features tiled flooring and two bedrooms, a living area, an air hockey table, a large ‘lake bathroom’ with attached laundry room, not to mention great views of the lake.
In the bathroom is a shower/bathtub, sink, and toilet, while a door separates it from the laundry room which has lots of cabinet space and a washer and dryer, making this ‘lake bathroom’ perfect for showering and cleaning-up after a day on the water.
Both downstairs guest rooms feature Queen-size beds. The downstairs living area features a flat-screen TV, Queen – size sleeper sofa, coffee table, and a fantastic eye-level view of the lake through a sliding-glass door.
Main home, upstairs:
From the bottom of the bamboo-wood stairs, you can see directly up to the high ceiling of the second floor of this lake home. The upstairs area is covered with bamboo flooring and has an open floor plan, making it very spacious. The upstairs features a living area, two bedrooms (including the Master-bedroom with attached bathroom), kitchen, dining area, and a guest bathroom.
The guest bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a small TV, and a nearby bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink, and toilet. The large Master-bedroom features a TV, ceiling fan, dresser, attached bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a large standup shower with glass door, sink/counter, and toilet.
The spacious living area features cable TV, Xbox game console, stereo receiver, a Queen – size sleeper sofa, loveseat and two wicker chairs. A sliding-glass door leads to a large covered porch.
The upstairs kitchen has excellent amenities, including a stainless steel double-door refrigerator, Frigidaire dual oven-range, lots of cabinet space, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and an island-bar with sink and five chairs.
Close to the kitchen is the elevated dining area, which features a large wooden dining room table that can seat six.
From the entire upstairs area you have excellent views of the lake from the treetops. And of course, the entire lake home is air-conditioned.
Outdoor area:
The downstairs sliding-glass door takes you out to the large covered patio, while a door separates the covered outdoor kitchen from the living room. The outdoor kitchen features tiled countertops, a stove with four gas burners, and a refrigerator, while a bar separates the kitchen from the patio. This means that from the kitchen you can serve-up drinks or a fresh meal directly to folks at the bar, which has six swiveling chairs. The outdoor covered patio/bar area has two ceiling fans so guests can remain cool while having a drink or two.
A large grassy area extends from the covered patio to a shoreline sidewalk, and then a concrete swimming deck with one boat lift/slip. On the sidewalk is 2 barbecue smokers, and located in the grass yard near the covered patio area is the Jacuzzi, with a stereo speaker in each of its corners – the ultimate addition to any party!
Guest home:
The Campa Pajama lake home’s two-storey guest home features one bedroom with two Queen-size beds, a kitchen, living area, washer and dryer, a spacious sun room, two ceiling fans, a small patio, and 2 window air-conditioning units.
The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat , TV, and coffee table.
