Casa Verde is more than a gorgeous, 3,100 sq ft, 4 bedroom home on Lake LBJ. Its location, swimming/boating and lakeside views accentuate this newly remodeled casa.

• 5-Star Swimming, Fishing & Boating – An over sized swimming deck for sun-bathing, fishing and jumping into the lake…and a covered boat dock/jet ski ramp for your use. Boat and jet-ski right from the house! 
• The View – Breathtaking views of the lake and lush vegetation from both inside and outside the home. The two, waterfront upstairs bedrooms have amazing views of the lake with the master bedroom & upstairs living area doors opening onto a long balcony.  The downstairs living area has large picture windows spanning the back of the home, providing natural light and wonderful views of the lake.

The Downstairs:

Living Area:  Watch television or the boats rolling by in this handsomely decorated living room, equipped with a sofa, loveseat, sofa chair, coffee table, end table and media center. The media center has cable television, DVD player, XBOX and a Bose sound system.

Kitchen:  Fully-equipped and roomy, with granite countertops, custom cabinets, double-sink with disposal, built-in oven AND range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker.  There are three barstools for extra seating.

Bedroom:  The only downstairs bedroom, with one queen and two twin IKEA convertible sleepers (it can sleep up to 4 guests). This room is perfect for kids and has windows overlooking the water.

Bathrooms:  There is a ½ bath downstairs as you walk in the front door in the foyer. 

Dining Area:  A spacious dining room with seating for ten. There is an additional card table/seating available.

THE UPSTAIRS

Living Area:  As you walk upstairs you are greeted by another spacious living area with large picture windows and double glass doors with views of the water and entrance to the upper deck.  This room is perfect for kids to hang out and watch television, while the adults can relax and visit downstairs!  A large couch, love seat and queen IKEA futon sleeper sofa equip this room nicely. 

 
Laundry Room/ ½ Bathroom:  Off of the living area is a laundry room with washer/dryer and a ½ bathroom.

 
Master Bedroom:  Relax on the king-size bed and enjoy the view of the lake. A ceiling fan, dresser, TV and side tables finish off this room.

 
Master Bathroom:  The master bathroom is the jewel of this home!  Soak in the jacuzzi tub or enjoy the open, tiled standup shower.  There is a long vanity with double sinks and mirrored wall. Superb tile work and faux leather wall treatments add interest and richness.

 
Second Bedroom:  Queen sleigh bed with three picture windows overlooking water. Also included is a dresser, TV side tables and ceiling fan. 

 
Third Bedroom:  Two twin beds and bedside table with lamp. 

 
Second Full Bathroom:  The second and third bedrooms are joined by this full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, granite countertops and sink.

OUTSIDE:

Most of your time will be spent outside. At Casa Verde your outdoor activities are endless…

• Enjoy the lower deck with barbecuing or just simply relax.
• Sit and relax on the upper deck and watch the boaters and swimmers enjoy the lake
• Sunbathe, fish and/or swim off of the oversized, wooden deck that extends over the water
• Stay out of the sun, but close to the water, in the covered gazebo. 
• Boat and/or jet ski right from Casa Verde! Park your boat in the covered boat dock or tie your jet skis up.

LOCATION:

Casa Verde is located in Hoovers Valley, off of Park Road 4. Inks Lake State Park is only a few minutes drive from Casa Verde, where you can hike, relax at the beach, rent a canoe or visit the famous Devil’s Water Hole. Hoovers Valley is approximately 10 minutes from Burnet and Kingsland and 20 minutes from Marble Falls. It is about 60 minutes northwest of Austin and 80 minutes north of San Antonio.

Casa Verde does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit.Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
