Arguably one of the best beachfront properties on Lake LBJ, the Claire de Lune lake home is set upon a sprawling Texas Highland Lakes waterfront lot that includes a tennis/basketball court, not to mention a private beach that features lots of sand area for plenty of fun-in-the-sun on a quiet segment of the lake.

Perfect for a large family get together, the lake home features two kid’s rooms (sleeps three kids per room), two guest rooms (sleeps two adults per room), one master bedroom (sleeps two adults), a spacious game room, open kitchen, five bathrooms, and a living/dining area with excellent views out to the beautiful property and lake.

Kids have an entire segment of the home to themselves, as the two kid’s rooms are located just off the spacious game room. Each kid’s room features a bunk bed and one twin bed, ceiling fan, and closet. The game room features a ping-pong table, TV, large stereo, two love seats, and fireplace, while French doors lead from the game room out to a covered patio area with chairs.

Past the game room are the two guest rooms. One guest room features a sliding glass door that leads out to the property and lake, while inside the room are a Queen-size bed, closet, and a bathroom with shower/bath. The other guest room features a Queen-size bed, bathroom with shower/bath, and closet.

The lake home’s open kitchen features wood countertops, a new Kenmore oven, a large center-island with four stove burners, refrigerator, and gourmet coffeemaker. Just off the kitchen is a bathroom with toilet.

In front of the kitchen is the living/dining area, which has two couches that can seat three each, a large flatscreen TV, and fireplace. The dining area has an excellent view out to the lake, and features a dining table that can seat six.

Past the kitchen and living/dining area is the master bedroom. The bedroom features a King-size bed, lots of windows, and a door leading out to a covered patio, providing wonderful views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. The room also has two bathrooms, one with shower/bath, and the other with a shower. Located off the master bedroom is the laundry and storage area with washer and dryer.

Base Rates include 10 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 16 Guests

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse reservations. 2 night minimum required for Spring/Summer rates, 3 night minimum required during Holidays. Please read our rental agreement contract before booking.

Claire de Lune Lake House does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit. Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
