Two acres, two homes and too good to be true!  Combine Vernon’s Cool Waters Lake House and Cool Waters Main for a large group and have room and privacy for everyone.  A large deck and common patio adds plenty of room for eating and enjoying your special time that will go much too quickly. Amenities:

Cool Waters Main offers all the amenities of Cool Waters Lake House plus some very special ones of its own. Combining the two homes is great for three families and large groups. 

Bedrooms:  Two very large bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for a couple or a family. 

The master bedroom downstairs has a view of the lake, a king size bed and a double sofa bed.

The bonus room upstairs is the size of a double car garage and offers a queen bed, living area, a full bath and baby bed.  This room can easily sleep a couple and two or three small children in sleeping bags or cots.

Living Areas:  The minute you walk in the front door it is like living outdoors.  The large windows at the back of the home, overlooking the lake, brings the outdoors right into the living area of this home.

The two combined social areas afford a large group many options.  Vacationers can watch their favorite sports teams on the big screen TV and others can catch up on family members or enjoy a game and puzzle.  The sofa in the TV area makes into a double bed for additional sleeping.

Kitchen:  Large refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, coffee nook/ counter, all the amenities of home. 

Bathrooms:  Two full baths/two exterior dressing areas with sinks.

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. Please read our rental agreement contract before booking.

Cool Waters does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit. Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
