This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath lake home has 71 feet of waterfront and a covered boat dock on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, TX.  DeDe's House is a two-story home with a unique layout.  The living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths are upstairs and a bedroom suite and bath is downstairs.

13 adults can sleep comfortably at DeDe's House.  The downstairs master suite offers a queen and futon sleeper downstairs.  The second bedroom upstairs offers 1 queen and 1 twin.  The third bedroom upstairs has 4 twins.  You can also join 2 twins to form a king.  The living room now offers a full size sleeper sofa.  The two full bathrooms have stand-up showers.

The kitchen has all the major appliances, including a flat porcelain stove with grill burner and a large kitchen island for additional seating. A large dining table and smaller kitchen table will seat all for formal dining.

Outside, a covered gazebo sits back from the waterfront providing a shaded retreat. As you walk down the path to the water there is a grassy yard and two docks to fish and swim from.  A fish cleaning station is also on hand to prepare a nice summer meal. A covered upper patio off the living room is also a nice place to watch friends and family enjoy the lake.

DeDe's House is located in Kingsland, TX right off of Hwy 1431. Local entertainment is only a few miles away – public golf courses (Packsaddle and Inks Lake State Park), tourist attractions such as the Longhorn Caverns, Sweet Berry Farm, Devil’s Water Hole at Inks Lake State Park and local wineries such as Lost Creek. The Kingsland Slab is also a great swimming hole that is just minutes away! If you are coming from the house, go right on Hwy 1431 and then take another left on FM 3404. You’ll see it a couple of miles down.
 

DeDe's House is only 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 3 ½ hours west of Houston. 

Base Rates include 6 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 14 Guests
Stay 7 nights or more and get a weeknight free.

Holidays & Holiday Weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) $50 more a night, maximum of 3 nights for holiday charge.

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed.
