Located on prime water of Lake LBJ, the Ellen Williams lake home is situated directly across from the Legends golf course, giving you great views of countryside, plus wonderful views of the Texas Hill Country in the distance. This 3 bedroom + Bonus Room  lake home has a range of facilities perfect for a family gathering, including three bunk beds, a state-of-the-art entertainment system with 52-inch flat screen TV, a new two-story boat dock, a circular outdoor fire pit with sitting area, a large outdoor patio with smoker and Turbo STS stainless steel propane barbecue, plus a Maytag stainless steel dual oven range, among others!

A spacious yard covered by two large trees provides much outdoor space (and shade) for activities or just lounging in the sun, while the boat dock features a boat lift and swimming deck on the bottom, and a spacious top deck with rope swing for lots of fun-in-the-sun.

The main home and guest home combined can sleep a total of 14 persons:  The main home can sleep four kids and six adults, while the guest home can sleep two kids and two adults.

Main home

The Spanish-tiled main lake home features one master bedroom, one kids’ room, a windowed sun porch (bonus bedroom), a kitchen, and one bathroom. The master bedroom has two closets, a dresser, ceiling fan, and a queen-size bed. The kids’ room features two bunk beds, TV with DISH satellite, ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. Two rocking chairs, two ceiling fans, and one queen-size bed are on the sun porch (bonus bedroom), which provides great views of the lake.

You can also catch great views of the lake from the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, Maytag dual oven-range, microwave, stainless steel Kenmore French-door refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen has an island-bar that can seat four persons, and situated between the kitchen and sun porch is the dining room table, which can seat up to six persons.

The main lake home’s living room has a large cushy sleeper sofa couch and cushy love seat, plus an excellent entertainment system featuring a 52-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, and CD stereo with two large JBL speakers.

The bathroom has a shower-bathtub combo, two spacious cabinets, and a sink.

Guest home

The quaint studio guest home is perfect for a small family. Like the main home, the guest home features Spanish-tile flooring, giving it a clean look. The home features a bunk bed, queen-size bed, kitchen area, living area, and one bathroom.

The guest home’s living area features two couches, coffee table, a 36-inch TV with DISH satellite, ceiling fan, and a DVD player. Near the living area is a small activity desk for the kids.

The kitchen/dining area has a new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large dining table that can seat up to six persons, and new, spacious cabinets.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and a large cabinet.

Fun features and more

The Ellen Williams lake home has a covered parking area for two cars, and a large driveway where you can easily park a boat trailer.

The home has plenty of fun features, including a rope swing on the upper deck of the boat dock, circular fire pit, plenty of folding chairs for lounging in the large yard area, a doggy door (main home), dominoes, and playing cards. The shoreline is a great place to fish and the swimming deck with ladder offers access to deeper water, great for swimming, cannonballs or sunbathing.
