Enjoy 150 feet of private waterfront, a 100 ft waterfront sundeck, new covered boat dock with electric lift and large grassy yard at Heron’s Landing on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ.
This one-story, 2,200 sq ft home has been completely remodeled and redecorated in the last year. A game room / bonus room has been added to provide indoor entertainment and additional sleeping for multiple families. The kitchen has also been upgraded with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and more! As you will see by all the upgraded amenities mentioned below, and the pictures provided, Heron’s Landing has all a large family or multiple families could want in a memorable vacation at the lake!

Amenities:

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom has a view of the water with a full-size, wrought iron sleigh bed (with Simmons pillow top Beautyrest mattress), new ceiling fan and dresser. It also has a flat screen television.

The second and third bedrooms have full-size beds, ample closet space and are both freshly decorated. The second bedroom has a view of the water.

Bathrooms:
Master bathroom has a large soaking tub, standup shower, granite countertops and new fixtures.
The second bathroom is between the two bedrooms with granite countertops, new fixtures and a shower/tub combination.
The third bathroom is in the game room/ bonus room with a standup shower.

Living Area:
Five large french windows overlook the water in this oversize living area, complete with cozy brick fireplace, two full-size leather sofas (one is a sleeper), two recliners and two new ceiling fans. There is also a Sony flat screen television with HDTV and surround sound, DVD player and Sirius satellite radio.

Dining:
The dining area is an extension of the kitchen, which also flows into the living area. An oversize kitchen island/bar with granite countertops has seating for six, with two additional seats at a bar table. As you head into the living area, there is also a teak table with seating for up to eight.
 

Kitchen:
Newly remodeled, the kitchen has granite countertops throughout with slate tile backsplash. All new appliances are stainless steel, including the gas stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and separate ice maker. Additional “accents” add to its beauty, such as new drawer and cabinet pulls, stainless steel double sink with vegetable sprayer/soap dispenser and steel, decorative shelves. 

Game Room / Bonus Room:
Perhaps the most unique and convenient space is the large game room / bonus room for everyone to enjoy indoor activities. Entertainment includes a newly recovered pool table (and ping pong table top), foosball table and media center with television and DVD. Three twin beds with pull-out twin beds underneath provide sleeping for six (without having to blow up any air mattresses, or pop up any trundle beds)! A refrigerator, full bath and washer and dryer are also included. French doors and windows provide ample light as well.

Backyard:
A covered porch off the back of the home includes two comfortable patio tables and 8 chairs, two grills (one propane, one charcoal) and cement steps leading down to the grassy yard, brick patio and ultimately, the sundeck on the water. The 100 ft deck is great for sunbathing and relaxing. A new covered boat dock with electric lift is also available for you to use.

Front Yard:
New cement, circular driveway, basketball hoop and covered parking for an RV.

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse reservations. 5 night minimum required for Spring/Summer rates, 3 night minimum required during Fall / Winter. Please inquire for Holiday rates.
