The stylish decoration, one-of-a-kind layout, and wide array of fun and handy amenities give Prospector’s Point lake rental home a touch of class.

Located on the Llano arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas, the two-storey rental home sleeps six adults (in one Queen-size bed, one King - size bed and two twin beds in three bedrooms) and eight children (in three bunk beds in the kids’ room, and on two mattresses in the bonus room).

Kids’ space

 Children will enjoy their privacy at this house, as the carpeted upstairs area is reserved for the kids. Up here you’ll find three bunk beds, a bathroom with shower/bath, sink with tiled counter, toilet, ceiling fan, and an activity table with three chairs. The room also features a spacious closet, air purifier, and a covered balcony.

Lots of entertainment, top-grade appliances, and more

 At the bottom of the stairs you’ll find an entertainment/bonus room on your left. The spacious room has a long couch that seats six, 42-inch flat-screen LG TV with DirecTV, lounge chair, DVD player, coffee table, ceiling fan, and dart board. Two mattresses are stored under the stairs, which can be used to sleep two kids.

From the entertainment room, you’ll pass through the laundry room, which is connected to the kitchen, and the rest of the house. The laundry room features a brand new LG clothes washing machine and dryer.

From the kitchen, and the entire living room area, you can catch excellent views of the lake and Packsaddle Mountains through three sliding-glass doors. The areas receive lots of sunlight through windows located near the top of the kitchen wall. The downstairs dining and living areas also feature concrete stamped flooring, giving them a clean, stylish look.

The kitchen has granite countertops and top-grade appliances, including an LG stainless steel microwave, KitchenAid stainless steel dishwashing machine, LG dual oven range, coffee maker, large stainless steel Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, plus an iPod stereo and Bose CD player. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, dishes and silverware, and a bar with three chairs.

Near the kitchen and next to a sliding-glass door is the large wooden dining room table, which seats 10. Bubble lamps float above the dining room table and kitchen, another stylish touch.

Not far from the dining room table is the living area, which features two love seats, a couch that can seat three, and two additional chairs. Those who love to read will find plenty of titles to choose from in the living area, which features two bookshelves full of various novels, in addition to dozens of magazines that can be found at the bottom of the coffee table. And from dominoes to rummikub, those who love board and card games will find lots to choose from in the living area.

Outside area

 Three sliding glass doors divide the living and dining areas from the stamped concrete patio. Out on the patio you’ll find six deck chairs, three lounge chairs, a large stainless steel propane barbecue, two ceiling fans, and a ‘sitting’ barbecue grill to cook s’mores and more.

A grass lawn separates the patio from the lake. The lake home has an excellent lake swimming area, as two sandbars are just a couple meters out from the shore, where guests can enjoy a drink or two out on the water.

Master and guest bedrooms

 Close to the front door is the master bedroom, which has a Queen-size bed, TV with DirecTV, bathroom with toilet, dresser with mirror, and two night stands. Around the corner from the master bedroom are two more bedrooms, plus the main bathroom.

The other bedroom near the front of the house includes a King-size bed, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and one night stand. The lakeside bedroom features a wonderful view of the lake, as its sliding-glass door leads directly down to the water. This room has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, one night stand, and a closet.

You can also catch great views of the lake while showering in the lake home’s main bathroom. The tiled bathroom features a shower/tub with a small window that looks out to the lake, toilet, counter and sink.

Base Rates include 8 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 14 Guests

Prospector's Point Lake House does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit. Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
