Description:

Rebecca’s River Roost is a fun, clean and serene lake home perfect for your “roost”. This two bedroom, one bath lake home is situated on the east Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ in Hoovers Valley, located between Burnet and Kingsland off of Park Road 4.  It is close to many sight-seeing adventures such as Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, Devil’s Waterhole and only a short drive from Fredericksburg, Johnson City and many other wonderful Hill Country towns.
 
Decorated in a rooster and Coca-Cola motif, this lake house has a game room, sun room with glass windows spanning the entire back of the home and cozy living area. Your family will definitely have a memorable vacation at this unique lake home…renters have been coming back to this house for years!


Amenities:

 Living Room – The living room has a great view of the water with a sofa loveseat, double rocker and fireplace.  A media center with TV/VCR is also included.  

Game Room – The game room has a pool table, bar with stools and dining table with seating for four. This room also has a great view of the water.

Sun Room – The sun room has windows spanning the entire back of the house. It has a futon sleeper sofa, small round table, desk and other comfortable furnishings, such as a recliner, floor lamps and ceiling fans.

Kitchen – Fully equipped with all major appliances such as a large double door refrigerator and stove (no dishwasher). Lots of counter space and a small round table provide ample space for preparing meals.

Master Bedroom – The Master bedroom has a queen bed with a view of the water. Its entrance is from the sun porch.

Front Bedroom – The front bedroom also has a queen size bed and chest of drawers.

Bathroom – The sunny-yellow bathroom has a standup shower and sink with vanity.


Outside Amenities:

The front yard has a long driveway to park your car and boat trailer. There is also a patio table and chairs for meals or just relaxing.

The backyard has a beautiful, green and lush lawn with large pecan trees and a brand new patio added in spring 2008.  A bench, two chairs and patio table are also on the property. There is a covered boat dock for you to tie your boat up to (without use of electric lift). The upper Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ is much quieter than other parts of the lake. It is safe to swim, fish and dock your boat. 

Several of our other lake homes are on the same street, which is ideal for large family reunions, weddings, etc (Oak House, Pecan House, Cool Waters and Breeze Terrace are all within very close proximity to Rebecca’s River Roost).

Hoovers Valley is approximately 10 minutes from Burnet and Kingsland and 20 minutes from Marble Falls. It is about 60 minutes northwest of Austin and 80 minutes north of San Antonio.

Base Rates includes 2 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 6 guests.

Holidays & Holiday Weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) $50 more a night, maximum of 3 nights for holiday charge.

All major credit cards accepted. Please call us to make a reservation. We require the first night’s stay in the form of a check or credit card to reserve your dates. Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse reservations. 2 night minimum required for Spring/Summer rates, 3 night minimum required during Holidays. Please read our rental agreement contract before booking.
