On the first floor of this lake home you’ll find a kid’s room, guest bedroom, and master bedroom. The kid’s room features two twin beds, closet, and ceiling fan. The guest room features a queen-size bed and ceiling fan. Between the guest room and master bedroom is a bathroom with shower/bath. The master bedroom features a wonderful view of the lake through its windows, ceiling fan, King-size bed, Directv and closet.

Also on the first floor are the living room, kitchen, dining area, and sunroom. The living area features two couches that can seat three each, coffee table, love seat, large stone fireplace, TV with DirecTV, and very comfy lounge chair.

The home’s large dining room table looks out to the water, and features two long benches that can seat six. The kitchen features lots of cupboard space, a new GE dual stone/oven range, new microwave, and new refrigerator. Just off the kitchen is the garage, where you’ll find a washer/dryer, plus an additional refrigerator.

A sliding glass door leads from the living area out to the sunroom, which boasts wonderful views of the lake below through its large windows. The sunroom also features a couch that seats three, plus two chairs.

The second floor of this home belongs to the kids (including the kids at heart). Here you’ll find big bean bag chairs, a pool table, foosball table, poker table, TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation 2, and stereo with large JBL speaker. The room also features a bathroom with bathtub. Just off the game room (also on the second floor) is another guest room, which features a ‘mini’ Queen-size bed, and a blow-up mattress. 

The upper-terrace patio and yard area of this home (just off the sunroom, on the first floor) is completely fenced in, making it a great yard area for pets. This area also features a BBQ and propane grill. Stairs lead from this upper area down to the lake. Along the lake you’ll find a dock with boat slip, perfect for fishing and swimming.

There’s also plenty of parking available for this home, as the lot across the street is available for extra parking. Terrace View lake home – a perfect vacation lake home for the family!

Base Rates includes 6 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 12 guests.

Terrace View does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit.Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
