Built in 2004, this two-story, 3,100 sq ft lakeside home is perfect for family reunions, holidays or company retreats. Why? Because it has great adult sleeping accommodations (three king sized beds, a double bed and two sleeper sofas) two large eating areas (enough seating for up to 14 people) and a spot on your own granite rock (no neighbors). Plus it has a Jacuzzi tub on the top deck overlooking Lake LBJ…and a pool table!

Located in Granite Shoals, TX on a beautiful cove of Lake LBJ, the Granite House is on one acre, with the house perched on its own granite rock outcropping and the water lot right across the road. The water lot features a newly constructed boat slip and a covered boat dock with a jet ski lift. The boat launch is right next to the water property for easy lake access! Plus, there is a park right next to the boat launch for fishing, swimming and picnics.

The master bedroom is the jewel of the home! It is designer decorated with a solid wood king-sized sleigh bed and separate sitting area with cable television. There is also a desk for those “working weekends”. The spacious master bathroom has two sink and vanity areas with granite countertops and upgraded fixtures and a large, open walk-in shower. The glass sliding doors open to the upper deck with a panoramic hill country and lake view and a Jacuzzi tub.

The Granite House is minutes from Marble Falls (just right down Hwy 1431) for grocery shopping, restaurants and boutique/antique shopping. You are also close to several local activities and attractions - golf courses (Packsaddle Public Golf Course in Kingsland or Inks Lake State Park Golf Course), water parks (Granite Beach in Horseshoe Bay), hiking and camping (Inks Lake State Park), wineries (4 local) and sightseeing/tourist attractions (Longhorn Caverns and the Berry Farm).

Home has two lots – Home is on a granite rock outcropping perched up by itself, plus it has a water lot with a boat slip and covered boat dock for your jet skis, right across the road from the house. A small country road divides the homes two lots.

Upstairs: The upstairs has three bedrooms and two baths; Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, sitting area with two recliners and cable television, office desk, master bathroom and porch with Jacuzzi; Second bedroom has a double bed, futon sleeper sofa and a wet bar with sink, microwave and cabinets; Second bathroom is between two bedrooms with a tub/shower combo and sink with vanity; Third bedroom has a king-sized bed, plenty of dresser drawer space, television and closet.

Downstairs: Bedroom with king size bed, dresser drawers and closet; Bathroom with standup shower and pedestal sink; Large living area with sectional sofa, stone fireplace, coffee table, cable television with DVD and stereo; Entertainment area with pool table and wine bar; Full kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, pots/pans, walk-in pantry, double sink, dishwasher, microwave and stove; Kitchen eating area with seating for 6; Dining area with seating for 8 plus two bar stools at kitchen counter; Outdoor patio featuring hammock and patio furniture with views of lake and hill country.

Base Rates include 8 Guests. There is a $10 charge per night per person. Maximum of 14 Guests

Holidays & Holiday Weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) $50 more a night, maximum of 3 nights for holiday charge.

Remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in. Rates are subject to change unless you are confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse reservations. 2 night minimum required for Spring/Summer rates, 3 night minimum required during Holidays. Please read our rental agreement contract before booking.

Granite House does accept pets (2 dogs maximum). The pets must be housebroken and kenneled if left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Failure to comply with these rules, or any “spots” or messes will be considered as damage and will be deducted from damage deposit. Pet Fee: $10 per day/ per dog(2 dogs maximum)
